What parking options are available at this community?
The Maddox offers detached garages to lease as well as free surface lot parking.
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Valet living comes to pick up trash every day between the hours of 6-8pm with the exception of Fridays and Saturdays..
Where is the dog park?
Our dog park is located towards the left back side of the property, to the right of building 500.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
Parking is free
What are your community’s pool hours?
7am- 10am
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
They will come to the office to obtain a pool band; resident fob is also needed for entry.
Are pool parties/gatherings allowed?
Yes, but have to be within the allowed 2 visitors per resident
What are your fitness center hours?
24 hours
Where is the Compactor located?
In front of mail center
Are there specific hours for Move-In and Move-Out?
10:30am- 5:00pm
Where are the grills and what type are they?
First come first serve- Propane

No, It is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
